Read this policy in full before purchasing packages: https://www.uttereloquence.com/termsandconditions Coaching Package Validity Policy Sessions are valid up to 6 months from original purchase date. Any remaining uncompleted sessions are ineligible for a refund or use after the 6 month period expires. Session Cancellation and Lateness Policy The Client You may reschedule or cancel a session, up to 48 hours in advance of the session time. If you are late to sessions, you will be coached for the remainder of the scheduled time. The session will not be prolonged unless it is agreed upon prior to the session. In the event of no communication of your lateness, & you do not attend within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is considered complete. The Company Should I cancel the session, it will be rearranged or cancelled without penalty to you. Any session time lost due to my late arrival will be compensated upon mutual agreement, by extending the same or later session, by the amount of minutes lost. Technology Responsibility Policy The Client If you have technical issues prior to or during a session, resulting in the session being unable to take place it will be considered complete. Any time lost due to your technical disruptions during a session, will not be compensated. The Company Should I encounter technical problems prior to or upon starting the session that results in it being unable to take place, it will be rearranged. Should disruption result in the inability to continue a session, remaining time will be added onto a later session upon mutual agreement. Any time lost due to my technical disruptions in session will result in extending the same or future session by the amount of time lost. ​ Package Refund Policy You may cancel a package purchase within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee of the package price. To cancel an order, send your request to uttereloquence@gmail.com. Any scheduled sessions missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice, will be deducted from the package. You cannot request a refund on performed services. If extreme circumstances prevent you from completing a package, you may request a refund for the amount remaining and refund will be given by my discretion. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% fee on the original total package price.
